Heather Williams specializing in civil litigation with a focus on employment law, wage and hour class actions, and intellectual property matters. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and proactive problem-solving, she supports attorneys through case strategy, discovery drafting, and complex document management. She consistently improves workflows and reduces turnaround time by maintaining clarity and structure throughout the life of a case.

Education and certifications: AA in Paralegal Studies from Coastline Community College (ABA Accredited), BA Political Science from Cal State Fullerton.

Heather’s experience includes managing document production and eDiscovery workflows, including collection, review, tagging, and production preparation. She has worked extensively with litigation-support software such as Relativity and DISCO, and she quickly adapts to new technologies as litigation tools evolve. Heather also supports attorneys by drafting discovery responses, maintaining privilege and production logs, and analyzing timecard and payroll data in wage and hour cases.

Heather is a former pastry chef who competed on nationally televised baking competitions, she can draft discovery and pipe buttercream with equal precision. When she's not immersed in litigation, she loves hiking and spends her free time exploring new trails and visiting national parks.
