Lauren Whiting

Of Counsel

Lauren has substantial experience representing business owners, franchisees, and insurance companies, helping them to resolve their legal obstacles in a successful and cost-effective manner. Prior to joining Pearl Legal, APC, Lauren worked at a midsized firm and a litigation boutique in the Bay Area, where she participated in all aspects of litigation from case inception to resolution. Lauren is part of the firm’s litigation practice group and assist clients in all aspects of legal advice and litigation defense.

Lauren earned her JD from Duke University School of Law, where she served as a court-appointed guardian ad litem to assist juveniles involved in the foster care system. She also holds a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, where she was a research assistant and campus tour guide.
