Jenifer A. Pearl

Principal

As the chair of Pearl Legal, APC’s Insurance Practice Group, Jenifer A. Pearl’s practice focuses primarily on insurance coverage and defense, making her Pearl Legal’s resident expert on these matters. In addition to her insurance coverage practice, Jenifer supports the firm’s employment and business practice in all aspects and handles the firm’s appellate work, including writ petitions and appeals, and she handles the firm’s appellate matters in both state and Federal appellate courts.

Prior to joining CJ as a Principal in the firm, Jenifer worked at a well-respected Orange County firm where she specialized in insurance defense and coverage litigation and led the firm’s employment law practice group. With this specialized knowledge, she has expanded the firm’s expertise and scope of representation in these areas to become a uniquely skilled employment litigation attorney.

Jenifer earned a B.A. in Sociology from the Stetson University and
earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Law, where she graduated with Honors. Prior to attending Law School, Jenifer worked in high-level management positions in the retail industry.
