Lauren Whiting

Of Counsel

Lauren Whiting focuses her practice on labor and employment law and business litigation. She has extensive experience guiding individuals and companies through complex legal disputes, helping clients achieve efficient, cost-effective, and strategic resolutions. Prior to joining Pearl Legal, Lauren practiced at both a midsized law firm and a litigation boutique, participating in all stages of litigation from case inception through trial and resolution. She is a valued member of the firm’s litigation practice group.

Lauren earned her Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law and her B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley. She is admitted to practice in California.

Throughout her career, Lauren has contributed to successful outcomes in high-stakes matters, including helping to secure a favorable resolution in a $60 million dispute involving a major public works project, where her discovery efforts uncovered critical evidence that shifted the case in her client’s favor.

Lauren is also committed to service. During law school, she served as a court-appointed guardian ad litem, advocating for juveniles in the foster care system.

Lauren enjoys traveling, reading historical fiction, and perfecting her search for the ideal chocolate chip cookie recipe.
