Rachel Burch

Of Counsel

Rachel Burch brings a diverse and deeply practical legal background to her role as Of Counsel at Pearl Legal. With experience spanning business litigation, insurance defense, insurance fraud, product recalls, contract negotiation, and general counsel services, Rachel offers clients a balanced perspective shaped by both law-firm practice and in-house leadership.

Before joining Pearl Legal, Rachel spent five years concentrating on business litigation and insurance defense, representing companies in complex, high exposure disputes. She later served as General Counsel for two corporations, where she built and led the legal department, negotiated commercial contracts, managed intellectual property portfolios, oversaw product recall matters, and advised executives across a wide range of corporate and operational issues. Her ability to blend strategic insight with practical problem solving makes her an invaluable resource for clients navigating business and regulatory challenges.

Following her in-house career, Rachel founded her own business providing coaching and consulting services to entrepreneurs and creatives experience that further deepened her understanding of the real-world pressures leaders face.
