Jenifer A. Pearl is a Partner at Pearl Legal and Chair of the firm’s Insurance Practice Group. With over twenty years of experience, she has built a career defined by steady leadership, strong client relationships, and deep subject-matter expertise across a range of challenging legal issues.
Jenifer represents clients in complex civil litigation and high-stakes advisory matters for corporate clients. Her practice focuses on Insurance Coverage & Defense, Product Liability & Toxic Tort, Employment Defense, Advice & Counsel, and Sexual Abuse & Misconduct. Known for her sharp analytical skills and steady courtroom presence, Jenifer is widely regarded as an expert in each of her focus areas.
Before joining Pearl Legal as a Partner, Jenifer practiced at a prominent Orange County law firm, where she handled a broad range of legal matters involving insurance coverage disputes and employment issues.
Her strategic approach, strong understanding of the regulatory landscape, effective problem-solving and commitment to client service have earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor and advocate for employers, insurers and institutional clients.
Jenifer earned her Juris Doctor with Honors from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and holds a B.A. in Sociology from Stetson University. Prior to entering the legal profession, she held high-level management roles in the retail industry, giving her practical insight into the operational challenges faced by many of her clients.
When Jenifer isn’t advocating for her clients, you’ll likely find her at a live music venue enjoying performances by favorites like Bruce Springsteen, the Avett Brothers, or the Killers. At home, she shares her space with three lively Golden Doodles Phoebe, Archie, and Ellie who often make their presence known during virtual meetings and phone calls (particularly Archie). Jenifer is also obsessed with the American musical, Hamilton, which she has seen at least ten times across various U.S. cities and even internationally. And while her house is filled with Buffalo Bills fans, she remains a staunch supporter of her hometown Pittsburgh Steelers.
